This engine has always performed extremely well from the start, and it got better as it was run in. It was made by RCGF but to a specification set down by Valley View RC in the US. This was a significantly higher quality than what RCGF were making engines to at the time, when I think they were very much building down to a price. My suspicion is that it is the specification from which they have produced the Stinger series of engines. It has had probably a total of three hours running which means it is just about run-in. Compression is now excellent. I have decided to move it on as I am going for a four stroke or electric. Not entirely decided yet. Comes with everything shown in the pictures. With original manual- not shown in pictures. The two into one manifold is original as supplied by VVRC. The canister is an EME one, and seems effective, Keeps the noise down while still producing plenty of power.. The red on the cylinders is just high temperature silicon rubber that was holding thermocouples for telemetry in place. That has now been removed, but I haven’t taken new pictures yet.
