£75.00

Selling my Multiplex Cockpit SX7 2.4 MHz, 7 channel transmitter and 6 channel RX. Both tested and working perfectly.

This is the older style Cockpit SX7, but still offers great functionality. This one has had little use, is in excellent, clean condition and comes with full instruction manuals, a matching 6 channel light RX and all of the original packaging. A Multiplex buddy lead with instructions is also included, plus a number of articles about the Cockpit SX7.
I preferred to use a large-digit electronic timer mounted on the rear carry handle and this is all included, but easily removed – see photos.
Always stored indoors in a warm, dry and smokefree house. One of the most comfortable TXs to hold thanks to the ergonomic case design with finger recesses in the back. I have only used it in simple 4/5 channel fixed wing planes, but the following shows it’s greater capability.

Asking £75 includes Royal Mail “Tracked 48” insured postage to mainland UK addresses.

Here is an overview of the COCKPIT SX M-LINK’s features:
General:
• Seven fully proportional control channels
• Telemetry capability (with suitable receivers)
• Wide-ranging mixer and set-up facilities for fixed-wing models and helicopters (e.g. four-flap wing, CCPM rotor head, five-point throttle curve)
• Two timers plus transmitter operating time
• Generous, clearly arranged screen, carefully designed menu structure and 3D digi-adjuster for ultra-simple operation
• Fully expanded: all transmitter controls fitted as standard
• Digital trims, flight phase specific
• MULTIPLEX multi-function socket (transmitter battery charge, PC interface for software updates, data management, Trainer and simulator modes)
• Modern, ergonomically optimised case design
• Low weight ( 15 hours with Eneloop battery)
• Integral 2.4 GHz M-LINK transmission technology
• Low latency, high resolution
• Switchable servo frame rate (14 / 21 ms)
• Expo values variable separately for each flight phase
• Eighteen model memories
• Eight selectable stick modes, four of them with throttle on slider
• Throttle-Check (mandatory OFF position before power-on)
• Switchable flight phases: three phases for fixed-wing, four phases for helicopters
• Transmitter battery monitor
• Trainer mode (selective)
• Switchable language, German / English
• Dual-Rate and Expo
• Three free mixers per model memory

Special features for fixed-wing models
• Combi-Switch, optional aileron > rudder or rudder > aileron
• V-tail mixer for models with V-tail
• DELTA mixer for deltas and flying wings
• Comprehensive mixers for model gliders with two-flap and four-flap wings, e.g. separate differential values for ailerons and flaps, spoiler > aileron, spoiler > flap (butterfly / crow), flap >
aileron (for thermal, speed), switchable elevator > aileron and elevator > flap (snap-flap)
• Elevator trim compensation mixer
– for spoilers: spoiler > elevator (elevator trim compensation for airbrakes / spoilers)
– for flaps: flap > elevator (elevator trim compensation for flaps, e.g. thermal, speed)
– for throttle: throttle > elevator (elevator trim compensation for throttle)

• “Transmitter control FIX” function. It is possible to call up a fixed value for the transmitter controls aileron, elevator and rudder by pressing a button (automated aerobatics, launch offset
for F3K SAL gliders, …)
• Electronic Y-lead Any servo signal (channels 1 – 6) can also be directed to channel 7, and adjusted independently of the original signal (direction of rotation, centre, travels). Typical
example: model with two separate airbrake or elevator servos.
Special features for model helicopters
• Five-point throttle and collective pitch curves – Separately variable for each flight phase
• Static tail rotor compensation (REVO-Mix) – Separately variable for collective pitch+ / collective pitch-
• Swashplate mixer (CCPM) – For the most commonly used systems: 3-point 120°, 3- (4)-point 90°, Heim
• Virtual swashplate rotation
• Throttle limiter function with direct throttle function
• Gyro gain – Variable separately for each flight phase.

Programmed points
• Differential settings
• Active flight phases
• Raised ailerons as landing aid
• Timer, flight-time count-down
• Dual-Rate for alternative settings
• Selectable Combi-Switch (aileron to rudder)
• Pitch trim compensation for spoiler, flap and throttle

The QuickStart guide is included. Just look through the brief, clearly arranged QuickStart instructions, and you can prepare your equipment.
