This is the smaller version of the Avicraft Panic Biplane. Not as many on the market.

Avicraft (the well-known model shop based in Bromley, Kent) made and produced the kits.

The original Panic biplane design concept was created by Phil Newman in the 1980s as a maneuverable fun-flyer. Avicraft took on the manufacturing and kit production, developing the Mini Panic down the line as a smaller, more compact offshoot designed to be easier to transport and lightweight electric setups.

This one runs on 3S. Wing span 36″ (910mm) 2 aileron servos, 1 rudder and 1 elevator.
