Another absolute gem from the days of real quality for modest £’s-The beautiful Zlin Z50L in a fabulous scale colour scheme. Painted glass fibre fuselage with wood flying surfaces. You do not see quality like this any more certainly not from Seagull and Hanger 9 offerings! They’re not even close!
As well as the quality it’s different and inspired the Acro Wot if you weren’t aware.
Yes the Stephens Akro/Laser 200/Pace Spirit possibly an early Extra were decidedly different back in the day but not now. Personally I find them very very samey these days. Subtle tweaks, different colours and advertising. All far too much like following the Pied Piper fable for me. So bloomin common are variants of Extras. For gawds sake buy something a bit different. The Czech Zlin Z50L-your opportunity to be an individual too. Let’s face it there’s precious little to choose from these days🤷
