Acrowot ARTF ready to go just add receiver and 6S battery. Dualsky XM5060EA-14 (350kv). Hobbywing Platinum 60A V4 ESC. APC 15x10E prop, with metal backplate spinner. 2x Savox SV0320 servos on ailerons. Savox SV0220MG on rudder. PTK9497 on elevator. This is a lightweight but still more than adequate torque servo, set in the rear of the fuselage with a direct link to the elevator. This gives much more precise control setup than the awful push rod arrangement supplied, and still allows the balance to be easily achieved.The canopy has been modified to be removable to allow loading the battery from above instead of the awkward arrangement that is standard. Avoids the need for some sort of cradle when changing the battery. It also means that the aileron servos can be connected after the wings are mounted, which is less fiddly than trying to do it then fit the wings without accidentally straining the cables. The final change from standard is that I have set a tube into each wing half to allow joining with a carbon tube. This allows for the wings to be separated making for much easier storage and transport. The original wooden joiner has had a thin veneer added to the top and bottom surfaces so that it is a snug fit in the sockets in the wings, and can be used in addition if you are a ‘belt and braces’ sort of person. Or it could be glued in and the carbon tube left out if you are happy with a one piece wing. The undercarriage in the picture is a carbon one with larger wheels. This moves the wheels a bit further back and reduces the tendency to bounce on landing, which these aircraft have a reputation for. The original undercarriage and wheels will also be included. I’ve had about half a dozen flights but decided that it’s not for me. I just have other bigger models that I prefer. Cost £490 to put together to this spec. I don’t think posting is practical, so collection only, but I would be prepared to drive part of the way to make it easier. I’m in Witney, so could get as far as Swindon, Banbury or Didcot for example.
