I have a Helios 45 for sale. (Please read description)
This is airframe only (I have sold the turbine), It comes with the following included
– All servos fitted
– Retracts
– Twin wall thrust tube
– 1.3lt composite Fuel tank
– Advanced Radio push switch (Switch Only)
– UAT mount
The Helios-45 has been developed to offer superb flying characteristics, with a wing section that changes from root to tip, to avoid tip stalling, endowing the model with amazing slow flight abilities
This plane is designed to be flown on a 45 size turbine, there are two things I would like to make you aware of with this plane and that is reflected in the price.
1 – the right hand retract leg sags when the model is on the ground, this is a very easy fix by replacing the springs. I have the springs and new c clips just not has time to replace them.
2. on each wing one of the retaining clasps (two each side) does not quite go tight enough to grip the wing spar and tube. This is not an issue as you can simply put clear tape on the leading edge with no issues, again this is quite an easy fix if you have the time and skills to fix.
