I’ve got a few generic sports pilot busts available, suitable for RC sport, aerobatic and general aviation models.
They are 3D printed and supplied unpainted, so they can be painted to match your aircraft. The pilot has a modern flying helmet, headset/mic and flight suit/jacket.
Available in various scales, including:

* 1/9
* 1/10
Other sizes can be printed if required.
As an example, the 1/6 version is approximately 150mm high x 158mm wide x 106mm deep.
